Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on most products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@peptivia.de with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with a return address and detailed instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
